Terms of Service

The terms, in plain words.

These terms cover the OnVeil website and waitlist. They’re short on purpose. For how we handle your email address, see Your privacy.

01About these terms

These terms apply when you visit the OnVeil website or join the OnVeil waitlist. OnVeil is provided by OnDosis AB, based in Gothenburg, Sweden (“we”, “us”).

By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website. The OnVeil app will have its own terms, which you’ll be asked to accept when you download it.

02OnVeil is a wellness app, not medical advice

OnVeil helps you notice how your focus, mood, sleep and medication feel across your cycle. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

  • Always talk to your clinician before making any change to your treatment or medication.
  • The research summaries, hormone curves and percentages on this website are for information only. Hormone curves are illustrative and percentages are example data.
  • OnVeil is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency number.

03Joining the waitlist

The waitlist is free and joining it doesn’t commit you to anything.

  • You must be 18 or older to join.
  • Please use your own email address, and only sign yourself up.
  • We’ll use your email to tell you when it’s your turn to try OnVeil. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.
  • We plan to open the beta in January 2027, but dates, features and availability may change. A place on the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access to the beta.

04Using the website

You’re welcome to browse, read and share the website. Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • submit false information or other people’s details through our forms;
  • use the website for anything unlawful or harmful.

We may block access for anyone who does.

05Our content

The OnVeil name, logo, design, text, illustrations and app screens on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the website and quote short passages with credit to OnVeil. Please ask us before using anything else.

06Your privacy

We only collect your email address when you join the waitlist, and we use it only to contact you about OnVeil. We don’t sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

07Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for losses caused by relying on the website’s content instead of advice from a clinician, or for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that can’t be limited by law.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as OnVeil develops. We’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and if a change significantly affects you, we’ll tell you by email.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

10Contact us

If you have a question about these terms or want to leave the waitlist, use the contact details we will publish on this page before the OnVeil beta launches.
